High jump tips
Hi, guys welcome back to this year's first blog post. I hope you guys enjoyed your holidays. For today's blog post I am going to be sharing 5 tips on the high jump, Do you like high jump? I'm not a big fan. hope these tips help you when doing the high jump.
- Visual your self running up to jump over the bar.
- Pick a side that is comfortable for you.
- work on technique - Practices on both sides a couple time (a method is to plant your foot).
- Make sure your feet are in the right place.
- The key place to land is, shoulders, back, and your bum, but pick one you are most comfortable with.
- Hold vertical axis as long as you can as you are about to jump.
- Don't jump into the bar, but jump at an angle away from the bar.
