P.E math!

Hi, guys welcome back to my blog today I am going to be sharing another blog post about P.E math. So in P.E math, we did long jump and we had to record it into our books and then blog about it. Then make a graph out of it on google sheets, and I am going to be showing you how to make one.

So this I how a graph looks like when you make one on google sheets

  1. So the first step is to write the scores that you got on the google sheets and it should look like this.

2. Secondly, high light all of the information and press this button that will be on the top right corner.

3. Thirdly you can customize it your self and put it the way you want it to be.

Thank you for reading my blog post Hope you learnt something.

Drama Inferencing!

Drama Inferencing

Talofa lava guys. Welcome back to my blog today I am going to Blog about what we did in drama. So in Drama, we have been doing some inferencing.

What is inferencing?

Inferencing is when you look at a picture and you think what is going on happen in the picture by using the objects and people in the picture. Also by saying why you think that, and also finding evidence.

Here is a picture that I did on inferencing.

  • Where does the tunnel lead?
I think that it leads to a world full of cute little bunnies. and a garden that has never-ending food.

  • What is the source of the light?
The source of light coming through the tunnel is probably the sun shining through if not its lights
  • Do you think the rabbit will go through?
I think that the rabbit will go through because he might be really tempted to and he will obviously be thinking about what is through there.

  • Has it been through before?
I don’t think he had been there before because if he had then he would be closer to the entrance. But at the same time, he might have been there before and it wasn’t safe and that's why he won’t go in.

  • How did it find out about the tunnel?
Maybe he was running around and playing with his friends and then randomly he found the tunnel.

  • Would you go through it?
To be honest I would go through it because I would be really curious about what is through there.

But you don't need a picture to do inferencing you can also do inferencing without a picture and instead you read a paragraph then you need to find evidence and keywords that support your text that wrote. So here is what I did.

Crack! Thunderstruck and rain poured. Max stared blankly out the window, trying to contain his emotions that raged like the weather. He was beginning to lose it. Dropping the kite from his hand, Max broke out into full sobs. His mother comforted him, “There, there, Max. We’ll just find something else to do.” She began to unpack the picnic basket that was on the counter and offered him a sandwich. Max snapped, “I don’t wanna sand-mich!” A flash from the sky lit up the living room. Boom! Mom sighed.
4. Why is Max upset? Because he can’t go outside and play because it's running
How do you know this?  He drops his kite and starts to cry.
5. What was Mom planning on doing today?  She was planning to go on a picnic outside
What is the text supports your description?  She unpacks the picnic basket and offers max a sandwich.

Every day after work Paul took his muddy boots off on the steps of the front porch. Alice would have a fit if the boots made it so far as the welcome mat. He then took off his dusty overalls and threw them into a plastic garbage bag; Alice left a new garbage bag tied to the porch railing for him every morning. On his way to the house, he dropped the garbage bag off at the washing machine and went straight up the stairs to the shower as he was instructed. He would eat dinner with her after he was “presentable,” as Alice had often said.
1. What type of job does Paul do? I think that Paul works somewhere that is muddy and dusty so a farmer or a builder,
How do you know this? His boats are muddy and his overalls are dusty.
2. Describe Alice: Alice is the kind of person that likes to be clean.
Alice left a new garbage bag tied to the porch railing for him every morning.

What is the text supports your description? So she wants paul to follow her steps to keep clean and put his dusty overalls in the garbage bag
3. What relationship do Paul and Alice have? I think that they are husband and wife if not mother and son.
Why do you feel away?

Either can be supported. Mums like to be and so do wifes

Hope you like it Hopefully you learned something

P.E / Math

Hi guys, welcome back to my blog today. I will be sharing 4 graphs that I made in P.E/ maths. The first to graphs was about steps over 100 meters and the second one was about shot put throwing on our knees.

What we had to do in the 100meter's steps Is we started on the other side of the 100 meters and walked and counted our steps to the other side of the 100 meters. Then the teacher would tell you what your time was. After all of that, we had to record it down in our books.

 first Graph for 100meters.

Khaylanie - I did 130 steps / I took 1.25 mins

Evelyn - Did 103 steps / and she took 1.05 mins

Bailey - Did 125 steps / and took 58sec

Cody - Did 114 steps / and took 1.04 mins

Hunter - Did 103 Steps / and took 1.05 mins
This information on the top is information from both graphs for the 100 meters.

I am pretty sure you guys know what shotput on your knees is but if you don't It's basically throwing the shot put on your knees.

The first Graph for shot put.

Khaylanie - On my first throw I got 10 meters

Bailey -  On Bailey's first throw she got 10 meters to

Evelyn -  On Evelyn's first throw she also got 10 meters

Cody - On Cody's first go he got 9 meters

Hunter - On Hunter's first go he got 12 meters

Then we tried shot put with one knee.

Khaylanie - I got 11 meters on the second throw.

Bailey -  got the same score as last time

Evelyn - Didn't do her second turn

Cody -  Got 10 meters

Hunter - And hunter also stayed the same.

Conclusion

I think the reason we all got different scores in shot put is that we all had different strengths. In the steps in 100m, we all got different scores because some took bigger steps than others and some took their time.

Art / writing!

Hi, Guys, this is going to be my first blog of the year. I am so excited to be blogging again. So today I am going to be showing you all 2 of the haiku poems that I made In Art/writing today. If you don't know what a haiku poem is, it's a poem with only 3 lines and the first line would be 5 syllables, the second would have 7 and the last line would have 5. My first poem is about summer and the second one is about spring.
So here are my haiku poems.

Summer Haiku poem!
Hot summer is here
Hot breeze warm sand luscious sun
Let's go have some fun

Spring haiku poem!
Warm sunshine long grass
Birds singing flowers growing
Nature breeze is the best.

Wait don't leave yet we have also been working on other poems like cutting out words from the newspaper and making it into a poem and a blackout poem so we find words we want and circle it then colour the rest in black.

Blackout poem
They would say
to say and think
who they are
once again
think but we do it respectfully.

Blackout poem
Sometimes life
takes you down
over the years
full of
surprises
the
the sun is setting.

words from the newspaper poem
Relax as the tide rolls in
Let the summer fun begin!
all summer with our friends

having fun all day long

thank you for reading my blog. Bye bloggers
