Reflection about Athletics Day.

Last week on week 6 we had Athletics day. we had two parts of athletics one part was social. social is like when you don't care what place you get, and the second part of athletics is competitive. Competitive is like when you care if you get a place a go to zones.   On Athletics day we got to dress up in our house colours. The colour of my house was green witch was shelford.

Shelford is green Lewis is blue we are determined to beat you. Tuner is yellow setu is red we are  going to win for the houses are dead.

What is the project?

The project we are doing is collecting rubbish such as cans, plastic and bottle caps from our community and making art.

What is the purpose?

The purpose is clean up Hornby and the environment and then making art. 

How much rubbish do you think we are going to collect? 
why do you think that?
 I think we are going to collect lots  of rubbish because at lunch time and morning tea I see lots of people littering. 

what colours do you think we will see the most? why?
I don't no what colour we are going to find the most but I think we are going to find  lots of white and black. I don't know why I think that.

what type of art would you like to create?

I would like to create a rabbit or a follower.

Hi guys today I am going to Reflect on our community impact project. So far today we have chosen a art work that we have decided to make with rubbish. The three mean options that we had was the big H that stands for Hornby, the second options we had was writing positive messages and the last one was making a statue of a native bird. The one that we agreed on was the third options witch was the native bird. The reason most of us picked native birds because lost of birds get killed. Here are some photos of birds.

Hi guys welcome back to my blog today I am going to be talking about Play back If you guys don't know play back Is when we do P.E and we learn how to play new games like, bench ball, Ki O Rahi, long ball and meany more. So on Tuesday we played multi ball. Multi ball is a game that played that involves netball, football, Touch and our play back teacher added basketball. 

How you play is your teacher has to pick what you play first like maybe net ball then you have to play netball then you keep switch after we get a goal. The thing we did well was that we worked as a team to get a goal and I think we did really wall. Next time we could work on passing and catching. 

The next thing we did was practising our games that we were going to present to another team. The sport we are doing is touch so we talk as a group  about how we can change it up a bit. So we had a Idea to do turbo touch. I am looking forward to playing the game and seeing how it will go.

Hi guys welcome back to my blog.  Today's blog post is about camera angles.  Do you guys know anything about camera angles? Lets get started. 

Over the shoulder - this kind of camera angle is when you take a shot over a actors shoulder .

Zoom in - zoom in is like when you have person far away and then you zoom it in so then it looks like the person is closer.

Zoom out- so zoom out is the opposite of zoom in so you have something that is  close to you then you zoom out to make it look like it's far away.

Close up- Close up is a litte bit like zoom in expect you are not zoom in you are just taking a close up of the actors face.

 Extreme close up- This shot is like close up expect you take a shot of a really really small object like a bees wing.

Making the community clean and a better place for people to live.

How do you think you will achieve this Idea?
By no littering and making a big poster or a blog post that says no littering and put your plastic and rubbish in the rubbish bin. By going and talking to the teachers about making a group of people that go around school and talk to them about no littering.

What game did I find challenging and why?

The game I found challenging was kioma because we had to score the goal in the orange circle but the hard thing was 2 people from the other team stayed where the goal is and try to tag us that was really hard.

one of the goals was to listen... what skills do you need to have to be a good listener? to be a good listener we had to stop look and listen to the teacher.

what communication skills did I need when play a game?

for bench ball we had to say the persons name to get there attention or say our own name.

what skills do I need to work on far my next lesson? 

I need to communication more, pass to the person who is free.

what was a personal goal I want to work on today?

the goal I need  to work on is running around more and getting in to a free space.
